Please note while reading through the particulars that (a) they've still neglected to define "certified trainer" and (b) they've also not yet given any sort of guidance regarding who will be eligible to be "third party testers".
It's nice that they've left the door open for BC's handful of Owner Trainers...or at least seem to have! It's unfortunate that they left some pretty big question marks, but it will be interesting to see how those question marks end up getting answered.
